1.Purpose of the App
Mindologue provides tools for self-reflection, emotional awareness, and wellness support through features such as drawing analysis, personalized meditations, and exercises. Mindologue is not a medical or psychological service. It does not replace professional therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified health provider for medical or psychological concerns.

2.Eligibility
The App is intended for users 16 years and older. Underaged users may access the App only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3.User Responsibilities
You agree not to: Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes. Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the App. Share false or misleading information through the App.

4.Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and features of the App are the property of Mindologue and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

5.Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features may require payment (subscription, in-app purchases). Prices will be clearly stated before purchase. Payments are processed through third-party platforms (App Store, Google Play). Refunds follow the policies of those platforms.

6.Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from use of the App. Mindologue is not responsible for decisions or actions you take based on the content.

7.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: Mindologue is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the last 12 months.

8.Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

9.Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
